A Greek Style Salad

Today for lunch was a not quite traditional Greek salad for Donatella. Made with romaine lettuce, chunked up vine ripened tomatoes, grilled chicken breast, a quartered egg, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. The cucumber, onion, and green pepper were omitted at her request. Something else that was also left out were the anchovies. I'm not sure if anchovies are 100% traditional, but about 50% of the places I have been to, and/or worked at, placed a few on top or around the edge of the salad. So I guess it's dealers choice. Anyway, her dressing of choice was my homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and she was more than pleased to say the least!
