Chocolate Lava Cakes

Today I made Chef John's Chocolate Lava Cakes. These were surprisingly easy to make, and like he says, there really is no way to fail at this; if you cook them too long you get mini chocolate cakes, not long enough and you end up with chocolate pudding. Win/Win

I'd like to mention the ooze doesn't ooze out because I was serving these to guests and didn't want them to get cold. Theirs oozed perfectly, while this one (which was mine) cooled down and muted the effect a little. But nonetheless it was still great!
