Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce

Today for brunch I decided to try my hand at Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce for my fiancee.

Since she was feeling under the weather, it was served to her in bed with English Breakfast tea.

I substituted Canadian Bacon for turkey bacon as per her request. It turned out perfect, and she loved every bite!
