Kung Wow Chicken


Tonight I made Chef John's Kung Wow Chicken, but a non-spicy version, for our anniversary tonight. I, like Chef John, do not own a wok, but my mom however does. So thus, I was able to rock out with my wok out. I modified the recipe a bit to suit what veggies I had, and it was a great Asian chicken stir-fry. I also made lava cakes for dessert.
